What is BIM
BIM modelling or Building Information Modelling, it is a 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction professionals the information and tools to more efficiently design, construct, plan and manage buildings and infrastructure.
The Building Information Model that is created within the BIM process is a digital description of every aspect of the building. This model collates information that is produced collaboratively and is updated throughout the project. The BIM model enables those who interact with the building to do so in the most efficient way possible. This starts from the design and planning stage and continues through construction and onto use and maintenance.
WWHRS BIM Modelling
The UK construction industry is now using BIM more widely. We are supporting this by providing BIM models for our products. Below are lonks for the Recoup Pipe HEX, Recoup Easyfit+, Recoup Drain+ Duo and the Recoup Drain+ Duo HE. Each contains a 3D Revit digital model of the product combined with the data and documents required for installation and future use.
